Gmail has been excellent in catching and filtering a majority of the phishing emails and emails with viruses in attachments.
Too good, unfortunately….
When we ask for customers to email their slips, to Gmail, it is an unknown sender emailing an unknown attachment, often saying something about financial information. All kinds of red flags go up.
Causing many employees to have resorted to using personal emails, and we need to stop that practice for customer privacy reasons.
But I’m not going to leave you high and dry…
